The business has existed in Goleta for over 47 years. It was started in 1963 by Dougal House as a sole Honda dealership. Dougal added Yamaha and Suzuki in 1995 and the name became known as “Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha in Goleta”. Subsequent owners added the KTM and KYMCO lines and changed the name to "Santa Barbara Motorsports". Today SBM is family owned and operated with roots in operating a successful off-road performance business named “Powersport Performance”.
Our objective is simple. We know how hard you work for the time to relax and enjoy your family and friends. Our commitment to you, our customers, is to make sure your vehicle works problem free. Major changes to our standard operations have been made which include the addition of a new factory certified technician as well as on-site engine rebuilding equipment and an impressive after-business hours technical support.
Santa Barbara is home to several Baja competitors.  Racers must hold current competition motorcycle licenses. Licenses along with Name, Address, Phone, and e-mail (if available) must be FAXed to us at 805.967.3996 before your first order can be placed. A 20% discount will be given on Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, and KTM parts (OEM parts). A 15% discount will be given on non-OEM parts and accessories. When an item is on sale, you will receive either the sale price or the discount whichever price is less. Click on the shipping policy link below for information on shipping costs.
